Wedding Celebration at the Douglas Visitor Center

Did you know that there was a wedding next to the Visitor Center? Mitchell Nelson & Nina Allen wed on June 19, 2009. The visitor center was used for their preparation. Their reception location may have also been a first, taking place at the Cochise County Fairgrounds (Commercial Building).

Thank you to Rosie Allen and Patty Nelson for stopping by the visitor center, sharing some of the unique history of the visitor center and providing photos of the wonderful ceremony.
